Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey brand Eric LeGrand Spirits has expanded its portfolio with a limited-edition bourbon: Eric LeGrand Single Barrel Bourbon.
The company’s first single-barrel bourbon and first limited-edition release, the release has been aged in perfectly toasted and charred new oak barrels.
To honour Eric LeGrand’s #52 while playing football at Rutgers University, the bourbon is proofed at 52% ABV and includes notes of Vanilla, Orange Peel, soft Oak, and a subtle hint of Black Cherry.
“Our goal with this bourbon is to offer a new tasting experience for those who love higher-proof spirits,” said Eric LeGrand, co-founder of Eric LeGrand Bourbon.
“I’ve always wanted to launch a special bottle for the holiday season, and we were able to experiment with a single barrel of bourbon that’ll win over bourbon drinkers. With this release, we’re continuing our work with the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation, so this gift will give back to a good cause.”
$5.20 of every case sold is donated to the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation, supporting those living with and impacted by paralysis by finding the cure for spinal cord injuries.
