True Northwest
If you want to give the classic Old Fashioned, a new sweet and salty take, then the True Northwest is a drink that can’t be beaten. The mix of honey and salt in the recipe leaves a mouth-watering finish and makes it all the more enjoyable all cosy on the sofa or around the campfire.
Ingredients
- 60 mL / 2oz Westward American Single Malt Whiskey
- 5mL / 0.25oz Raw liquid honey
- A pinch of sea salt flakes
- 0.5 Drop of Fee Brothers Old Fashion Aromatic Bitters
Instructions
Pour the whiskey, honey, sea salt and bitters into a mixing glass and stir. Pour into an Old-Fashioned Rocks glass on a large cube

Old Man’s Fashioned
If you just want to sweeten up an Old Fashioned with some outstanding fruitiness, then the Old Man’s Fashioned will hit the spot. Whiskey is partnered with delicious Blackcurrant Syrup and Orange bitters to ensure the fruity notes of this drop really come through.

- 15ml / 0.5oz Monin Cassis Blackcurrant Syrup
- 0.5 drop of Fee Brothers West Indian Orange Bitter
