Created in 2003, by Eric Fossard at Cecconi’s in London, the Watermelon Cosmo is a fun, fruity riff on the original. With a mix of muddled Watermelon, citrus Vodka, Lime Juice, Cranberry Juice, Watermelon Liqueur and Orange Bitters this drink has poolside written all over it.
Muddle watermelon in the base of a shaker. Add all other ingredients and shake with ice before straining into a chilled glass
