Global spirits brand Beam Suntory has announced they will be releasing the distilled spirit Koyomi Shochu into the Australian market.
With a low ABV of 25% Shochu is one of the most popular white spirits and brings with it a true taste of Japan, with a crisp, refreshing, and versatile taste.Koyomi embodies both the sophistication and cutting edge of Japanese culture.
Unlike sake, wine or beer, shochu is distilled using processes similar to whisky and gin and is made from grains. The artistic Koyomi label features a crane bird, symbolising good fortune and longevity in Japan, which is a nod to the rich history of shochu and Japan.

Ingredients
- 60mls Koyomi Shochu
- 30mls Lime Juice
- 15mls Lychee Juice (from can)
- 30mls Pineapple Juice
- 5mls Raspberry Syrup
Instructions
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker then strain into. a chilled glass and garnish with a raspberry.
