No matter whether it’s an election year or not, there is no better aperitivo to drink than a Mount Rushmore. Created by Patrick Pistolesi at Drink Kong in Rome, this cocktail has Bourbon, Montenegro, Fino sherry and a splash of Coffee Liqueur that make it an interesting alternative to a Boulevardier.
Stir all ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass and strain into an ice-filled rock glass
