Created by Eric Tecosky at a club on Sunset Boulevard back in the 1990s, Surfer On Acid is the Jägermeister cocktail you don’t expect. Combine Jägermeister with Coconut Rum Liqueur and Pineapple Juice for a very fruity but only slightly sweet drink.
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass
