A wonderfully light and tempting drink, the Hotel Georgia was named after the hotel of the same name in Vancouver which opened in 1927. The drink itself is assumed to be dated from two decades later in the 1940s and combines Gin, Orgeat, Lemon Juice, Orange Flower Water & Egg White.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. 60ml Gin
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Orgeat
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 10 drops 10 drops Orange Flower Water
  • oz. 0ml Egg White
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into the shaker. Dry shake (without ice) and fine strained into chilled glass.
