In bar speak, a boomerang is a drink sent from one bartender to another via a trusted intermediary. Longtime baijiu-bartender Paul Mathew unveiled the Bittersweet Boomerang (with Baijiu, Yellow Chartreuse, Creme De Cacao & Cynar) at the 2017 Tales of the Cocktails as a special gift to the bartenders in attendance.
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir. Stain into a Nick & Nora glass
