With a name that plays on the brand Laphroaig (the Scotch originally used in this drink) and a nod towards the Last Word (another equal parts Cocktail), The Last Laph uses Scotch, Ginger Liqueur, Pineapple Juice, Lemon Juice & a dash or two of Absinthe.
Shake all ingredients with fresh ice and strain into a coupe glass
