The White Manhattan not only pays homage to the early days of Moonshine but also to its namesake. It blends and balances White Whisky with Dry Vermouth, then brings out the citrus notes of the Lillet Blanc with the addition of Orange Bitters.
In a mixing glass filled with ice, add all ingredients and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled Coupe glass.
