Although Toronto is a Manhattan riff, it gets its name from the use of Whisky from north of the border. Although the Canadian Whisky is there to tame the bitter bite of the Fernet Branca, it joins Sugar Syrup & Angostura Bitters for a drink that’s rich and bitter.
