As we count down to the end of the year, it might be a good time to grab a Champagne cocktail like Meet Me At The Clock. Created by Rus Yessenov for Clockwork Champagne and Cocktails in Toronto, this French 75 riff has a Rosé ice ball at its centre, with a mix of Gin, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Peychaud’s Bitters and Champagne circling around it.
Add all of the ingredients, except the champagne, to a shaker. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass. Top with the champagne
