Nothing compliments the bittersweet flavours of a Negroni better than the nutty and toasty notes of Oolong Tea. So when the guys from The Hutong NYC created the Red Oolong Negroni, they created a testament to how a riff in a classic really should be done.
Stir all ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass, then strain into a chilled Nick & Nora
Orange Peel
Oolong Tea-Infused Campari – Add 20g of oolong tea to 750ml of Campari. Steep at room temperature for 30 minutes, shaking occasionally. Fine strain before use.
