There can be no argument that there is nothing easier yet more refreshing in the summer than a Highball.
But with the easiest of drinks, there is always difficulty.
So to find the tricks and the tips, we’ve turned to JiaWei Bai who has turned the 1st floor of White Shades Singapore into a dedicated Highball Bar.

Ingredients
- 2oz Soursop Juice
- 2oz Sour Plum Juice
- 1.5oz Gin of choice
Instructions
Carbonate the ingredients and pour into a tall glass (with ice) rimmed with sour plum powder.
