We catch up with bartender Salvador Mejia as he shows us how to create this stunning geometric drink that is simple to make but spectacular to drink

Nantipa Sunset
Ingredients
- 2 ounces of tequila (can be Cacique)
- 1/4 ounce of blue curacao
- 1 ounce of fresh lime juice
- Maceration of orange peel, orange liqueur, and thyme
Instructions
Blend pineapple and strawberries, then place the glass in the freezer at 45 degrees, freeze the mixture until frozen and then prepare the other ingredients in a shaker for 10 seconds and serve, finally, before serving, top it with the orange foam.
Frozen: 80 grams of pineapple and 20 grams of strawberry
