Every year, the Italian Aperitivo brand Italicus runs its global cocktail competition, the Art of ITALICUS Aperitivo Challenge.
This year, the completion was won by Italian bartender Fabrizio Candino and his drink, In-Vite.
We had a chance to catch up with Candino, so he can show you how the drink is made and talk about the flavour, ingredients and idea behind the cocktail.
Centring around the concepts of invitation and conviviality, the drink adds a twist to this twist of the Spritz, with the use of bread cordial, as well as Italicus and citron juice.
