If you are after a little colour and froth, then the Purple Haze Sour is the fruity Whiskey Sour riff you’ve been looking for. This cocktail mixes Bain’s Single Grain Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, Blueberry Puree, Apple Juice, a blend of Lemon & Lime citrus, Sweet Vermouth, Vanilla Syrup, Bitters, and Aquafaba for that bit of foam.

Ingredients

  • 1.7 oz. 51ml Single Grain Whiskey
  • 1.25 oz. 38ml Blueberry Puree
  • 0.85 oz. 26ml Citrus (blend of Lemon & Lime)
  • 0.85 oz. 26ml Cloudy Apple Juice
  • oz. 0ml Vermouth - Rosso
  • 0.85 oz. 26ml Aquafaba
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 2 dash 2 dash Angostura Bitters
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Shake all ingredients in an ice filled shaker, then strain into a chilled coupe

Garnish

Dehydrated citrus with rose hip flower and hibiscus dust
