TWO SCHMUCKS LAUNCHES STREET PARTY SERIES

Award-winning Spanish bar, Two Schmucks, is set to host its first-ever ‘Schmuck Street Party’ on 27th March in collaboration with some of the UK’s most renowned venues including Lyaness, Satan’s Whiskers, and The Connaught Bar.

The all-day street party, sponsored by Maison Ferrand, promises an exciting line-up that will take place across Two Schmucks’ three locations situated on the same street, Carrer de Joaquin Costa, in the bustling Barcelona neighbourhood of El Raval.


In 2021, Two Schmucks rose to number 11 in the World’s 50 Best Bars list and the team opened two new venues, all-day diner Fat Schmuck and karaoke dive bar Lucky Schmuck.

The Schmuck Street Party series is launching to connect like-minded and award-winning venues around the world in one place. The London Calling Schmuck Street Party will showcase this link through a takeover menu made using Maison Ferrand’s premium spirits portfolio. Two Schmucks x Connaught Bar

The team behind The World’s Best Bar, Connaught Bar, found at London’s prestigious five-star hotel of the same name, will take over Two Schmucks, to create the ultimate five-star dive bar experience. Connaught Bar’s illustrious bartending duo, Ago Perrone and Giorgio Bargiani, will be bringing their high-end refinery to Two Schmuck’s energetic setting and artful amalgamation of high-quality cocktails and professional service. Guests can expect the Connaught Bar’s famed Martini prepared according to the iconic service ritual with its signature trolley and high pour alongside incredible entertainment throughout the evening.

Fat Schmuck x Lyaness x Hot 4 U

Award-winning cocktail bar Lyaness and renowned East London pop-up kitchen Hot 4 U will take over Two Schmuck’s all-day brunch diner and bar, Fat Schmuck. Fat Schmuck is an approachable and easy-going venue serving twists on the classics and spritz cocktails. This style of hospitality aligns with Lyaness’ and Hot 4 U’s curiosity and boundary-pushing innovation when it comes to flavour. Guests can expect cocktails from Lyaness’ British Cookbook new menu, created with the bar’s in-house own core ingredients and using interesting and unique techniques, as well as an inventive and comfort-food inspired menu from Hot 4 U.

Lucky Schmuck x Satan’s Whiskers

Late-night destination Lucky Schmuck will partner with London’s neighbourhood cocktail bar, Satan’s Whiskers, for an evening of high energy, great music and delectable cocktails. Satan’s Whiskers will be transporting its menu of twists on classic cocktails to Lucky Schmuck’s feel-good atmosphere and artfully curated playlist. Both teams will be combining their vibrant and feel-good hospitality for an unforgettable night.

The British Schmuck Street Party is the first in the bar’s Street Party series which takes place this spring. The next in the series will be the US on 1st May which will see more of the most renowned venues taking over Schmuck Street.

RHUM J.M LAUNCHES ITS PRESERVATION INITIATIVE, EDDEN

Martinique Rum distillery Rhum J.M has launched EDDEN, a preservation initiative outlining the sustainable practices implemented throughout the distillery, from renewable energy initiatives to waste reduction strategies.

A three-point process, the initiative showcases the distillery’s commitment to the sustainable development of its ecosystem and to preserving its surrounding land.


EDDEN also aims to inspire the community to continue working on preservation and passing down the practices and heritage generationally for years to come.

The distillery, located at the foot of Mount Pelée, has treasured its rich land, where some of the best sugarcane in the world is grown.

In this light, Rhum J.M. promises to continue investing in the land’s soil through a circular economy. This process is carried out by cultivating and protecting the nutritious soil, minimising its impact by committing to 100% of the by-products being reused, and stimulating the local economy through the transmission of excellence by continually educating their employees.

With careful research and analysis, Rhum J.M also limits the use of herbicides to minimise their effects, giving the rum its internationally respected and recognised Bonsucro Certification.

EDDEN will preserve the land’s culture and share its farming knowledge with the local communities, from the youth to the elders. Global liqueur brand Grand Marnier is collaborating with Grammy-winning rapper 2 Chainz to launch its new digital content series, The Rouge Room.

Celebrating the power of unexpected collaborations, the Rouge Room has been designed to provide a consistent visual space where the brand can bring contemporary Grand Encounters to life year after year.


Born out of our proprietary blend of cognac and orange liqueur, Grand Marnier is itself a representation of two disparate entities coming together to form something incredible.

WILD TURKEY ANNOUNCES THIRD ANNUAL 101 BOLD NIGHTS CONCERT SERIES

Global Bourbon brand Wild Turkey has announced Warren Zeiders as the headliner for its third annual 101 Bold Nights concert series.

“I’m excited to team up with Wild Turkey to support those who go after their dreams,” Zeiders says. “Beyond the notes and words, music is all about bringing people together and finding your crew. The songwriters and fans all have so many stories and ideas, and I’m happy to partner with Wild Turkey to continue to help bring everyone together.”


As part of the partnership, Zeiders – who recently won his first CMT Music Award – will perform at a series of three concerts hosted by Wild Turkey, in partnership with iHeartMedia, to benefit Spaceflight Records, a nonprofit record label that helps empower emerging artists and music professionals to trust their spirit and advance their careers.
