For a completely different take on a Mint Julep you can’t go past the chocolatey goodness of a Thin Mint Julep. Reminiscent of Mint Thin Cookies, this cocktail adds a little Peppermint Schnapps and Creme de Cacao to the traditional Bourbon & Mint.
Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, then pour over fresh ice in the rimmed glass.
Dip the rim of a cocktail glass into Creme de Cacao, then coat with a mixture of Cocoa (1 Tbsp) and fine sugar (1 Tbsp) and then add a Mint leaf.
