One of Philadelphia’s greatest contributions to cocktail history, The Clover Club is a classic pre-Prohibition cocktail.
Normally, you would make it with gin, fresh lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg white but since the recent launch of Bombay Bramble Gin, you no longer need to make a raspberry syrup, to be able to experience all the berry goodness this cocktail offers.
To show us how it’s done, George Mann from Bombay Sapphire Australia shows us how easy it is to make the drink with the brand’s new expression.
