How To Use Wasabi Peas In Your Cocktail

How easy is it to create a great cocktail out of a weird ingredient? We thought we’d challenge Aadam Ernest from Cause & Effect Bar in our Unusual Ingredient Challenge

We’ve started an Unusual Ingredient Challenge. In other words, we’ve found an ingredient that isn’t often used in drinks and asked a bartender to incorporate it into a drink of their creation.

Once they are done, they have to then pass the challenge on to another bartender (from another bar) with a new, unusual ingredient.

Aadam Ernest from Cape Town bar Cause & Effect is our first contestant using the unusual and weird ingredient Wasabi Peas.
