Vermouth is genuinely having a moment. Spurred on by the low-ABV and Aperitivo cultures, this aromatized and fortified wine is┬ácatapulting itself into professional and home bartenders’ hearts and glasses.

Equally at home in innovative cocktails and the classics, Vermouth saw a staggering 20.5% rise in 2021 (compared to the previous year) and is expected to rise further by 7.3% in the US market alone by 2027 (estimated at $5.1 billion globally).

To find out more, we talk to Katie Renshaw from the French Vermouth brand Noilly Prat about the liquid’s popularity and some of the drinks you can make with it.
