Bartender Alex Boon from Melbourne has used an Oat Hortchata to win the Australian Finals of Patróns Perfectionists competition.
We caught up with him at his bar, Pearl Diver, to watch him make his Frankie cocktail and find out more about his winning drink.
Boon describes the Frankie as having a real vegetal flavour from the Tequila, a dry finish from the Sherry, and the oats add that true sense of nostalgia to the drink.
