Velvet White Espresso Martini
A wonderful mix of cream liqueur and coffe liqueur, the Velvet White Espresso Martini is as rich in creamy flavour and ivory colour as it’s name.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Disaronno Velvet
0.5 oz Tia Maria Coffee Liqueur
0.5 oz Vodka Chocolate Flakes or Coffee Beans
Instructions
Shake and strain ingredients over ice. Garnish with chocolate flakes or coffee beans.
Gingerbread Bellini

This muddled ginger and vodka drink is shaken, not stirred. It’s like James Bond’s martini meets a gingerbread cookie!
Ingredients
- Fresh ginger
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz. vodka of your choice
Instructions
Muddle fresh ginger in shaker tin. Add 1 oz lemon juice, 2oz vodka of your choice and hard shake over ice. Strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass, and garnish with fresh sliced ginger
HALL Haute Chocolate

Ingredients
- 1 oz vanilla vodka
- .5oz crème de menthe
- 1 oz Godiva Liqueur
- 8oz of your favorite hot chocolate
- Peppermint infused whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings
- Grated fresh nutmeg
Ingredients
Build in hot drink glass or mug. Add 1oz vanilla vodka, .5oz crème de menthe, 1 oz Godiva Liqueur, add 8oz of favorite hot chocolate
Chocoholic’s Delight
Whiskeysmith Chocolate forges together the rich and velvety essence of chocolate with notes of vanilla and subtle spice found only in true oak aged whiskey.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Whiskeysmith Co. Chocolate Flavored Whiskey
- 1 oz. Creme de Cacao
- 2 oz. White Chocolate Vanilla Cream Liqueur
- 3 dashes Chocolate Bitters
- 1 oz. Heavy Whipping Cream
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with chocolate.

- 1oz Minke Irish Gin
- 0.5 oz Italicus
- 0.5oz Regal Rogue Lively White
- 1 Drop Dillisk Syrup
- 1 Drop Sage Tincture
