As it’s Negroni Week we thought we would take a look at some of the riffs that have been created by bartenders as part of the #NegroniPhotocompAU for Campari.
Our next cocktail video is with Bertie Boekemann from Stitch Bar Sydney, as he makes a Lavender Bay, a drink that combines Campari, Cachaca, Lime Cordial, Lavender Syrup & Sweet Vermouth.

30mls (1oz) Campari
30mls (1oz) Cachaca
10mls (0.33oz) Lime Cordial
10mls (0.33oz) Lavender Syrup
10mls (0.33oz) Sweet Vermouth
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled mixing glass and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a sprig of lavender or twist of lime
